The Accounting Department works in unison with the Management Department to maintain current and accurate data, in a secure environment, pertaining to each tenant and the property in general. We utilize an online service for accounting and property management, which keeps pace with the ever changing technology and provides complete access 24/7, 365 days a year. The integrity and security of our recordkeeping is paramount, with all data backed up on a daily basis.

Our Owner’s Report provides an overview of the center’s performance on a day to day basis, and keeps the Owner apprized of any outstanding issues that may arise. These monthly and quarterly financial reports are accompanied by an analytical report which offers some clarification and perspective.

Accounting is on a full charge basis. We handle the monthly billing of each tenant, accounts receivable, accounts payable, all the way through to general ledger and financial statements.
